JOHN FROHNMAYER
JOHN FROHNMAYER
Lara Cole is hired to go out to the tall pines of Oregon and report back on how a museum out there is doing with grant money from the National Endowment for the Arts. It sounds sort of like a paid vacation; a chance to recharge her batteries and rest her unquiet mind. Instead, she is chased, she is shot at, she even gets involved with a bunch of lawyers (talk about fun!).
Lara should know better. Art doesn't just sit on its fanny in some building. It is there to stir things up. It is there to cause trouble, and Lara has a way of finding plenty.
